Lastest Earthquakes
Most earthquakes occur around the tip of Alaska and a little part of Asia. I think that area has a lot of earthquakes because it on a fault line that has a lot of stored energy. This fault is called Denali fault.
The closet earthquake was in the southeastern part of Missouri and in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 7:25:58 AM in Britsh Columbia, Canada near the Vancouver Island a earhtquake occured. The earthquakes occur offshore and are to far away to be felt. They are also to small to create a tsunami. Many earhtquakes are happening in this area and have been recorded scince August.

Cierra,
You're right, a lot of earthquakes occur in or near Alaska. Last year they thought an earthquake in Adak, Alaska was going to cause a tsunami in Tooksook Bay (where I lived). Luckily it didn't happen!
Hey cool blog. You've done a great job. Keep up the work.
